We understand how important “Family” vacations are therefore your pet is welcome to stay in your room and enjoy Ocean City with you.  For the comfort and safety of your pet and for all of our guests, we ask that you acknowledge a few simple guidelines during your stay with us.

1. The unfamiliar noises, sights and smells of a hotel tend to frighten most dogs, causing them to bark.  This disturbs other guests.  Although we discourage it, should you find it necessary to leave your pet alone in your room during your stay, please notify the Front Desk as to where you may be reached.  They will attempt to notify you if there is a concern over your pet.  In the event that you are unable to be contacted and there is a problem concerning your pet, the hotel may remove the pet from your room.  Should there be a reoccurrence of a pet related issue, you and/or your pet may be asked to find alternate accommodations.
2. The registered guest will be responsible for any damages incurred.
3. Due to Health Department regulation, pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed in the outdoor pool areas, deck area or by the restaurant.
4. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times while in the public areas of the hotel.
5. Housekeeping service for your room will take place each day between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.  For the safety of your pet, housekeeping, maintenance staff that find it necessary to enter your room will not do so if your pet is alone in the room, unrestrained.  Therefore, if you would like housekeeping service at a certain time during the day, or a time other than the hours listed above, lease contact the front desk for assistance.
6. The Town of Ocean City prohibits animals on the beach from May 1 – Oct. 1.  Pets are required to be leashed at all times
7. Finally, should you decide that a hotel room may not be the best arrangement for your pet there are several boarding facilities that are all just a short drive from town offering affordable and expert care.
